This list includes organizations that are dear to my heart.
Please visit them on the Web and support them if you can.

California Fiber Artists
www.cafiberartists.com
I am an active member of this lively group. We are busy arranging
exhibitions of our work in the hope of educating the world about
art quilts and fiber arts, one show at a time.

Coastal Arts League
www.coastalartsleague.com
I am an exhibiting member of this Half Moon Bay
cooperative art gallery. It's small, but serves
a vital role in our community.

Minneapolis College of Art and Design
www.mcad.edu
I earned a degree in graphic design with a minor in fashion
design from this excellent art college. Highly recommended
if you can stand the climate. (Why do you think I moved to California?)

San Francisco Quilters Guild
www.sfqg.org
You'll see this group mentioned several times on my resume–
I have been a member ever since I moved to the Bay Area,
and the guild has been extremely supportive of my work, even
giving me Featured Quilter status at a recent show. Currently
I am the editor of the SFQG monthly newsletter.

San Jose Museum of Quilts and Textiles
www.sjquiltmuseum.org
See that star logo on the site? That was designed by my boss,
Paul Sinn, when I worked at a small advertising agency.
The museum had a contest and he won--and he let me
spend the prize, a $100 gift certificate at the Museum shop.

Studio Art Quilt Associates
www.saqa.com
I am the San Francisco Bay Area Regional Representative and a
Professional Artist Member of this non-profit organization whose
mission is to promote the art quilt through education, exhibitions,
professional development, and documentation.

We have two cats, Honey and Ginger.
I can't tell them apart, but my kids can.
